As a registered Psychologist and Clinical Registrar, I provide a space for you to be your true self; supporting you in living a more meaningful and self-aware life. Therapy with me is not just about reducing symptoms; it's about understanding the deeper “why” behind the “what.” Growth often begins when we start asking the right questions and looking in the right places.

My approach is grounded in clinical practice and guided by the belief that insight, honesty, and accountability are essential for real, lasting change. Whilst this may sound frightening, I do this gently and at your pace.

Whether you're navigating internal difficulties, life transitions, traumatic events or feeling stuck, I offer a grounded space where your experience be explored without judgment.

I liken my therapeutic style to a kaleidoscope: flexible, dynamic, and responsive. I draw from a broad range of approaches, thoughtfully and individually tailored to each client and each session. These include:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)

  • Existential and Meaning-Based Therapy

  • Process-Based Therapy

  • Psychodynamic and Attachment-Based Approaches

Together, we’ll explore not just how to cope, but how to live more fully, with awareness, purpose, and courage.

I am also the host of the Psych Happens Podcast.
