As a registered Psychologist, I provide a space for you to be your true self; supporting you in living a more meaningful and self-aware life. Therapy with me is not just about reducing symptoms; it's about understanding the deeper “why” behind the “what.” Growth often begins when we start asking the right questions and looking in the right places.

My approach is grounded in clinical practice and guided by the belief that insight, honesty, and accountability are essential for real, lasting change. Whilst this may sound frightening, I do this gently and at your pace.

Whether you're navigating internal difficulties, life transitions, traumatic events or feeling stuck, I offer a grounded space where your experience be explored without judgment.

I liken my therapeutic style to a kaleidoscope: flexible, dynamic, and responsive. I draw from a broad range of approaches, thoughtfully and individually tailored to each client and each session. These include:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)

  • Existential and Meaning-Based Therapy

  • Process-Based Therapy

  • Psychodynamic and Attachment-Based Approaches

Together, we’ll explore not just how to cope, but how to live more fully, with awareness, purpose, and courage.

I am also the host of the Psych Happens Podcast.

Sessions are tailored to your unique needs using evidence-based approaches, helping you work through challenges, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

  • Psychological assessments provide clarity, direction, and a deeper understanding of how you think, feel, and function. Using evidence-based tools and a collaborative approach, I tailor each assessment to your individual needs. You may be seeking answers about attention, learning, cognition, or wellbeing…maybe you’re not sure however we can explore this together. Assessments are adjusted for you specific needs, and designed to offer meaningful insights and practical recommendations to support your next steps with confidence.

  • Group therapy offers a supportive space to learn, reflect, and grow alongside others facing similar challenges. Each group is guided with structure and compassion, within an environment where you can build skills, deepen insight, and feel genuinely understood. Groups can strengthen resilience, and encourage connection, helping you move forward with confidence and clarity.

There are no active groups at this time however we are assessing the community’s interest.

  • Part of being a psychologist includes providing education, tools and insights for the community and organisations. I have an interest in meaning-making, identifying values to align life goals, sleep hygiene and interpersonal communication skills. Further, I have an interest in general well-being to support day to day living and work life balance.
